OVERVIEW

The Wireless Camera Recoding Unit (WCRU) is a ruggedized recorder housed in an IP54 metal casing and supports a wide range of operating temperature from -25°C to +70°C. It meets the vibration, impact and shock resistance requirement under stringent transportation standards, and is certified to Train Standard.

The WCRU can connect up to 18-cameras (with the help of an external switch), and recordings can be made in Video H.264 format (1-30fps) and Image JPEG format (1-3fps).

When the vehicle with WCRU installed returns to the station or depot, it will automatically transfer the stored images to the backend control centre.
