If the RFNet product is found to be defective and would like us to assist with the repair and/or replacement, please fill up the form below and our RMA Support will acknowledge receipt of the form
1. By submitting the form, it implies that RFNet Warranty Policy has been read and accepted.
2. RMA merchandise is required to return together with the original accessory.
3. RFNet reserves the right to refuse RMA application if defective description is not clear enough.
4. Shipping document of Invoice, Packing and Waybill are required to fax/email to RFNet after RMA number is released.
