RMA REQUEST FORM
Returns and Replacements.
For RFNet products that is found to be defective and would require repair or replacement, kindly submit the RMA Request Form below and our support team will liaise with you shortly.
Notice:
1. By submitting the form, it implies that RFNet Warranty Policy has been read and accepted.
2. RMA merchandise is required to return together with the original accessory.
3. RFNet reserves the right to refuse RMA application if defective description is not clear enough.
4. Shipping document of Invoice, Packing and Waybill are required to fax/email to RFNet after RMA number is released.
